This is a great acne controlling product and I would recommend it. It worked for me, although results may vary. I had breakouts every now and then and Ive tried different acne control products like proactive, but gave up on it. I noticed though that your skin becomes dry, but with constant use, my skin got better, finer and acne-free! I was so happy I finally found what Ive been looking for! Double snaps for this product!!

It worked okay, but never completely cleared my skin. I don't have horrible acne, but this product only cleared up my nose. My cheeks, chin, and forehead still broke out on a fairly consistent basis. It does dry out your skin a lot, so I had to switch to liquid foundation when I used it. The cleanser works really well if you have acne on your back, though. Not something I'll buy again.

I have always struggled with breakouts. While I didn't necessarily have full-blown acne, my skin was never clear because once one set of blemishes healed, it seemed like new ones would pop up somewhere else. I ordered Proactiv at one point and used it for a few months, but my skin was red, irritated and still breaking out. I had just become resigned to the fact that I'd always have somewhat bad skin. At one point my skin broke out everywhere and I got fed up. I noticed this kit and decided to try it because the Neutrogena brand is normally pretty reliable, plus the lotion has sunscreen in it. My skin started to clear up in two days! If I do notice some dryness, I use a little oil-free moisturizer in the morning to the dry spots (after applying the day lotion) and I'm good to go. I'm clear, soft and, dare I say it, glowing a little bit. It might not work for everyone, but it definitely worked for me.

I have dealt with acne for over 15 years. I've tried everything from OTC to prescription medications to info-merical products. This system is by far the BEST I've ever used. It's easy and lasts me about a month. It rinses off very clean and it's not harsh. It has drastically improved my skin. I highly recommend it.

I only used this product for 1 week! I couldn't stand it! The cleanser was too grainy, slimy, and when some dripped into my mouth, it tasted salty!! Other acne medications that seep into my mouth taste either minty or sweet, but this was horrible. The day lotion was too dry on my skin -- not enough hydration. And the night cream felt like botox or something. I couldn't move my face at all! I only bought this product because my usual acne medication was out of stock. After only one week, none of my acne subsided, and I couldn't take it anymore. I am usually a patient person, but this acne medication was too irritating to use. However, it is made for adults with acne, and I am only 13 years old. So, best of luck to anyone who wishes to use it. Unfortunately, this is not my kind of product.

I just bought this set a few days ago, and have gotten great results so far. It doesn't burn or smell bad, or dry out my face too much, but it has been amazing in getting rid of any blemishes or oiliness (and my face has been very blemished and oily). I would highly recommend using these products, along with Neutrogena's blemish fighting makeup line.

I have been using this product for about 6 months. My face is much clearer than it has ever been. I only get break outs a few times a month, but they are far less severe than what I used to get. The trick is to small amounts consistently for great results

I used this product for about 4-5 months a year ago and sadly, it did nothing for my oily/ acne prone. I kept it under the sink for the rest of the time after I switched over to something else. 2 weeks ago, my younger cousin, who has normal/ dry skin found it and started using it- and it worked great for her! Can you believe that? I'm so mad off at her right now... but in a good way. Oh well, I guess it's not meant for everyone.

Before I had my 2nd baby I didn't have much acne/blemishes and all of a sudden I started to break out like a teenager. I used this product for 3months and it didn't do much for my skin except the night lotion stained my pillow case.

I wish Neutrogena would sell the night lotion by itself! It is amazing, and I have honestly tried many topical medications, even actual dermatologist recommendations, but nothing worked as good as this night lotion. A SMALL amount is the secret to using it (the size of mobile button which is a really small amount). My skin is prone to acne by the way, and this lotion has got me complements from friends and family who have noticed the difference in my skin, and they all ask me what I use. The DAY Cream does get oily after a while, and the facial wash is good: since it removes oil without drying, but I used it for a year, and my skin got kind of "immune" to it (so it's not GREAT); so I switched to Neutrogena Rapid Clear Foaming Cleanser which is much better, for me at least. Please sell the Night Lotion separately!
