I have nothing but positive comments to say about this product. This balm leaves the heels feeling velvety soft! I use it everyday, sometimes twice a day, after showering. It's enough to use it once a day, especially in the winter. In the summer, because of all the swimming I do and the sandals I wear, my heels need extra care, so that's when I use it twice a day. I highly recommend this heel balm!

I have always had very dry feet, and had for years struggled with my ugly dry heels, Not anymore! I use this product before going to bed and I wear socks to prevent the cream spreading everywhere. I always see an improvement in my heels by the next morning. Make sure you wash your hands right after applying. When I use this product I can show off my pretty feet and wear lots of sandals! This product is Worth every penny!

This product totally works. Hard to say about products these days. I'm a health nut so the aluminum bugs me. But overall, I've not found a product anywhere that works this well.

I've tried a lot of products claiming to cure severe dry cracked feet, and this stuff is by far the best. Warning for some: It has a VERY thick texture sort of like petroleum jelly, but it rubs right into your feet. Great for use before bedtime. Combine this product with the PedEgg and you can kiss your ugly crusty heels goodbye!

You could buy the fancy stuff from the fancy bath store and not get the same results. My feet look and feel great with this stuff.

I picked up a tube of Flexitol at an airport because the dry skin on my heels was so thick and hard it hurt when I wore my shoes. Diligent use of it every night, and gentle scrubbing on my heels with a pumice stone whenever I take a bath has left me with heels that look nice in strappy sandels. My heels are soft now with no thick dry skin, and look nice. This is one product that really works as it promises,and I love it, though the texture isn't great and the smell isn't great either. I came here to buy more, and I will always have it in the house.

I bought this product based on the reviews here and am utterly unimpressed with the results. It left my feet more dry than before I started using it. Plus, it did nothing for my cracked heels. I also did not like the consistency of the product. It was difficult to wash off my hands after application.

My husband has really kind of thick and crispy soles, which is good for pizza but not feet. He has tried several creams all promising relief. This is the cream he keeps coming back to for softening his feet.
