I heard so much about this evening primrose oil and i found it on drugstore.com. I'm sooooooo glad that i found it. i got my first bottle when it wasn't on sale which was [$]. I couldnt believe my PMS has gone! I used to have the worst PMS ever, i literally passed out every time i get my period. Since i been taking this for about a month, my period is lighter and no bad cramps! Since it's on sale i ordered 4 more bottles. I'm going to stick with it forever!

I have took this for breast pain. I am 52 and believe I am perimenopause. I took this for several months about a year ago for breast fullness and pain and then quit it over the summer. My breast fullness and pain reoccured so I have started this again. It took care of my problem after about 4 days of use. I won't be going off Nature's Bounty Evening Primrose Oil again.

My GYN recommended this supplement to me when I went into her office for a breast pain and a possible painful cyst in my breast (gross I know); however, I began taking this supplement as she advised me and within 3 days I couldn't believe how the pain went away about 90%. I was in agony before I started taking this. I have never taken anything that has worked so fast and produced such great results for anything. This stuff is the best! I highly recommened this. It also REALLY helps with PMS symtoms! i.e. mood and water retention in breasts. Works wonders!

This supplement is great!! A previous reviewer is correct about it easing menstrual cramps, I hardly have any. I've been taking one every night right before bed for about two weeks now and I've noticed it seems to help me sleep better as well!!!

I've been using 1000mg of Evening Prim Rose oil (1 every night) for a little over a year. I have found that the benefits are fabulous. I have little to NO menstrual pains, my periods come without me feeling them (95% cramp free!) and I dont have the breast tenderness that I used to before these pills. I asked my OBG about this supplement and she endorsed that this is the "one" supplement she believes in!!
