Good daily multivitamin/multimineral supplement. Made in So. Cal. United States Pharmacopeia verified, so you know you're getting what's suppose to be in the supplement, as it must meet higher standards.

I have been taking this particular multivitamin for more years than I can remember, but it has recently been hard to find at my usual place of purchase. Which is why I have been buying it here.

They say vitamins supplementation doesn't really help, but after years of taking them, I can say they haven't hurt any!

I was advised to start taking a multi supplement with iron to combat my anemia issues and this product is the best I have tried. I like many of the Nature Made products but this one I found to be the most effective. This supplement is easy on the stomach and simple to take daily. The only draw back is the poor taste but overall I am impressed with the product and will keep using it.

I was looking for a good multivitamin and I
purchased these vitamins for me and my
husband and I have to say these are great.
We have been taking them for about two
weeks and I have to tell you, we both have
more energy, donot feel slugglish and even
when we are tired we still have energy and
don't feel drained or like our energy is sapped.

I am very happy that we tried these vitamins
and if you want to feel great I would definitely
recommend trying these.

One suggestion make sure you take with food
or right after you take them eat a meal, they do
make you feel a little nausea if you don't, but the
nausea goes away once you eat something.

Great product, would definitely recommend them.

I started using Mutli Complete with Lutein for about 3 weeks now, and I have to say I never liked talking vitamins, but this product has worked for me. I was always weak, and my skin was breaking out. I started to notice my skin is getting better by taking this vitamins. I highly recommend this vitamin.
