I really like this product! I have tried at least 5 different brands of self-tanners this summer. LOreal Medium-Deep Gelee is the best so far. I shave my legs and exfoliate, then apply. I've even used it on my sensitive face and it doesn't break me out. I'm pretty fair and this gives me better results than my natural tan color. This actually makes me golden brown looking instead of reddish-brown. Highly recommended!

I love this product and recommend it to all my friends. It dries quickly and does not rub off on my clothes. It gives great color in about an hour and the scent is not too strong like some others. I liked it much better than the bronzing lotion that dried so quickly that it streaked. With both the lotion and the gelee, if you apply moisturizer to your knees, elbows and ankles about 5 minutes after application, it won't settle too dark in these areas.

This is by far the best self tanner on the market. I've tried them ALL and have a drawer full of them to prove it. This product has a bronzer, so it's easy to see where you've been. It also doesn't stink as bad as the other self tanners. I have fair skin and this gives me a sun kissed tan without the UV rays! I would highly recommend this product!

While I liked the bronze color it gave to my skin, it is hardly "streak-free". I can see streaks on my legs in a couple of places. My underarms never seem to acquire any color even with repeated daily applications.

I have only used Medium-Deep color. The gelee is much better than the lotion (because the lotion contains Brozer and it wil get all over your clothes) this gelee dries in about 20 minutes or so (depending on how much you put on) and it does not rub off on your clothes. If you apply evenly it will not leave streaks or make your anles, elbows and knees look darker than the rest of your body like other self tanners do. You do get a lot of color so I would recommend using this product every other day, so you don't get too dark too fast.

The "gelee" and "lotion" come in nearly identical tubes. I accidentally purchased the lotion this last time -- not nearly as good results as the gelee. I love the gelee. Makes me wonder if some of the bad reviews here are of the lotion.

The Sublime Bronze Gelee that I used said Body/Face in the front, but I couldn't find it in drugstore.com, so this is the closest (and probably the same thing). I used it on my face and not only could I not stand the STRONG fragrance (which never went away the whole several hours I had it on) but afterwards, my face was very dry, red and my skin felt thick as if it was inflammed, especially my nose. It only took once for me to know this wasn't gonna work for me. When I smelled it I thought it smelled gentle, but that's a different story when it's under your nose.

This is a great self-tanner. I have fairly light skin, and the deep version gives me a nice brownish glow. And if you have prepped your skin you will get a smooth, glowing result that lasts for days. Don't apply too often to avoid splotching. And the smell? It must be a body chemistry thing because I like it. It's kind of a warm pleasant scent. And I think it dries quickly.

I have had excellent results from this product. As with any self-tanner, skin prep work and precise application are critical, but this is far easier to apply evenly than most. I found the drying time to be minimal and the color is great. I do not think this has a self-tanner scent at all. Leave it on for a full 24 hours for the best color. Maintain with Jergens Natural Glow and you don't have to reapply as often.
