I've tried many products, including Estee Lauder, Bain de Soleil, and others, but this is the best product all-around for sun-free tanning. I have olive skin that tans relatively easily, but medium-deep provides the most natural color, which you can gradually deepen with subsequent applications. I do not recommend a darker shade. This does the trick, and no one will know it's fake.

This stuff is great. I am very fair and I like how fast it dried and the golden glow I got after about 3 hours. Easiest self-tanner I have ever applied! It smells good when you first put it on, but after a few hours it has that typical self tanner smell. Otherwise, I would have given it a 5!

Apply to fresh cleansed and exfoliated skin. Smooth on evenly, massaging with both hands until absorbed.
Use sparingly around ankles, knees and elbows.
Wash hands thoroughly after use.
Let skin dry before putting on clothes.
Use daily until you have achieved the desired level of tan, and then apply 1-2 times a week.
