After a friend told me that she loved this product, I had to try it! I eat really healthy (I am vegetarian that eats plenty of fiber and low carbs) but I did some research and found that a fast/cleanse can really help the digestive process. I will not lie... the craveless helps but you are still hungry. It gets better after the first couple of days. It doesn't help that I work next door to a bakery and I smell that fresh baked bread all day long! I've got will power and I rarely indulge in the bread but it has really put me to the test this week. Four days in, I have lost 8 pounds. I was at a healthy weight before and imagine some of that will come back... although I am active so we will see. On day two, I did get a headache but it was just before bedtime and it was gone by morning. Yesterday was great. I had plenty of energy. The cleanse works well. I had no idea that our bodies stored so much gunk. I have not felt that uncomfortable feeling that most fiber supplements give you. The drink is gross though. I would have given this product 5 stars if the fiber would have been in a tablet form! I will definitely do it again.... but next time I'll do it when I can at least take the first couple of days off work so that bread doesn't torture me.

One more day to go... I can do this! :-)

First off, it does taste pretty bad and the fiber is thick and goopy if you drink it immediately. I use apple juice for these reasons and I also let it sit for a few minutes before drinking it. Additionally, I drink it ice cold and that helps too.

But, if you can take the taste you will probably love how well the product works. The green tablets keep you feeling full all day and the complete product ensures you eliminate thoroughly. I use this product four times a year to get my sluggish digestive tract moving and I am always completely satisfied with the results - and the few lbs I lose in the process.

I think this fast/cleanse is one of the best because it does what you need it to do in a shorter time span than its competition, and even other products from this company. I cannot stress enough that it makes you feel full (but not bloated) and therefore combats your appetite.

If you've ever taken an old-fashioned fiber supplement that you mix with liquid (think the old, barklike sort) then you already know what the fiber part of this tastes like. I suppose you could trade that part out for something else but after the first few glasses it tastes a lot better, and the juice/ice cold combo helps a good deal. Don't forget to let it sit!

I am not sure that this is a fair review because this product may work great, however, although I know that fasting and cleansing is not suppose to be a "treat" I could not get past the first day. The fiber drink that you are suppose to drink 3 times a day is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I gagged it down the first day and just could not do it anymore. I can generally handle yucky things for the sake of health but could NOT do this. NASTY!
