I've tried everything and I finally found something that works. I take it two times a day , 4 hours apart. Since I've been taking these, they've been controlling my symptoms. I haven't had an attack. I will never live without during allergy time.

I have seasonal allergies, and this helped me.The only thing is that you have to remember to keep taking them every couple of hours, as the directions say.
