This is great for PMS and perimenopause. Took away my night sweats completely. You may have to up the recommended dose. It also takes a while to start working after you start taking it.

This oil has helped me tremendously! You have to take it for a few weeks before you truly see your nails grow, and your hair and skin will have a nice glow. Promise! Give it a chance... and yes, they are big, but the best on the market!

Well I just received these pills today, so I can't say how they've worked so far, but I can say that the capsules are HUGE!!! They're the largest pills I have ever seen. If you're not a very good pill-taker, I wouldn't recommend getting these.
