I have used this product - 2 in the morning for 5+ Years. When I began taking it was shortly after having a mild stroke and can honestly say there is no better product to boost energy and keep your mind clear. I have never had problems with side effects (Jitters, not sleeping, etc.). This product is difficult to find in local stores. I hope Drugstore.com continues to provide this product.

I have an autoimmune disorder (selective IgA defiency)...essentially I have no anitbodies in my mucous membranes to fight off infections so I get sinus infections ALOT! I often feel tired And this product is one that I've been using for years. At those times when I just can't get awake I will take one and it'll keep me awake without jitters or any other side effects. It gives me efficient energy to carry on through out the day. Sometimes I even just take half a tablet and it works fine. I've tried numerous other products including B12 and other natural supplements...and they don't work for me
