Covers blemishes as well. My doctor gave me a sample as she highly recommends for spot treatment of my cystic acne. I have been using for several years, really clears up those hormonal breakouts, as well as acnetic ezcema.

I have oily skin and find it necessary to wash my face often during the day. I use acnomel at night and find that the product reduces pimples and helps keep my skin clear. Without it...I would not have as many smiles as I have now. Thank You Acnomel!!

I use it twice a day for acne rosacea. It's the most effective non-prescription treatment I've found. Short of antibiotics, I don't think I could do better. Hardly any scent. I almost didn't try it because it's tinted and I have fair skin. It looks dark coming out of the tube, but it blends just fine on me. I've come to appreciate the light coverage it provides. The tint doesn't stain my pillow, which is a big improvement over benzoyl peroxide which bleached out spots on my blue sheets. This product can be too drying, so I dilute it with aloe vera, which makes it go on nicely, too. This way I can adjust it to dry more or less, as needed.

This stuff is amazing. I use it like a foundation to keep my face matte throughout the day. It was a bonus discovery! I normally have greaseball oily skin and go through several blotting sheets, but not when I use this. Now just a little powder on the nose and I am fine--it's a big difference. I wish I had known about this stuff years ago! My only complaint is that it only comes in one skin tone. A product this beneficial ought to be available for people with darker skin. And beware, because it is very drying, so people who don't have oily skin could get too dried out. Clearasil makes a similar product that is less drying (and also less good at oil control). The Clearasil is a lighter tint whereas Acnomel is more of a tan, but I find that Acnomel blends in well even on my pale skin. And one more thing--when I wear Acnomel as a foundation I also use Colorstay concealer with Salicylic Acid. I have a flawless face all day or night, and only I know its acne medication and not make-up!

I have used everything they sell without an rx and benzaclin. Nothing works as well as this. I decided to try it since it says for adult acne and I have only had acne as an adult. Within 1 day my pimples were smaller and in 4 days they are almost gone. Its almost too good to be true.

This is the best stuff for pimples. Pretty much every pimple product is benzoyl peroxide based. Not this one. Yes, the tint isn't very good for daytime wear, but I just use it overnight. Makes a big difference!

At first this worked great and seemed to clear up my breakouts, but then it seemed to CAUSE the biggest breakout of my life on my chin. I started to get extremely clogged pores that turned to painful cyst type acne and now I've been broken out severely for about a month and can't seem to clear it no matter what. I don't know if this product caused the clog/breakout, but it was new and it's the only thing I can think of that would have caused it. I may wait for this to clear and then try it again, but honestly, I'm afraid. I can't live through another breakout like this. I also read that sulfur can cause "cell adhesion" which could be what caused this. Time will tell, I guess.

This would be perfect if it wasn't tinted. I am fair skinned and when I have this on it looks like my face is dirty. However, it is the only thing that has worked for me to clear up my breakouts and I will continue to buy it for that reason. It doesn't leave my skin red and irritated like other blemish creams. My skin is so much better since I've been using this.

This product is amazing. I will never use another acne cream for as long as I live. I am 36yrs old and have not found anything that comes close to working like Acnomel does. Little pimples are gone overnight and the deep pimples will come to a head quicker with this stuff. I love the fact that it works so fast and will always have it handy in my house for all acne problems.
