It keeps my skin clear from regular acne...so my skin is clear except for 3 HUUUGE zits that broke out after I started using it...so my face is nice and clear except for these 3 red spots. I'd say it's an improvement (and a funny sort of alternative) to my old swiss-dotted skin.

AMAZING STUFF!!! I have never been so impressed with a topical acne medication than I have with this stuff. I had 2 huge cysts forming on my forehead before receiving the Acnomel in the mail, that night I applied it to my entire face and the following day.. there was no sign of pain or even a bump. It works every time!! I don't know if it has cleared up my red marks from past acne, but I barely have any scars now as well. This stuff is seriously great. I just ordered 5 bottles...

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff....when I was a little girl, the doctor told my mom to buy it for my brothers who were older then me. When I became a teenager, I started using it....now I'm 38...and still using it. I like that it's tinted, because it helps to hide the red color of the pimple. Thanks!!

Awesome. This stuff really works. Has the same ingredient as Murad, but WAY cheaper. I use it for the big cystic acne on my chin and it works!! Ditto on the two week zit being a two day zit. Try it!! The only thing I don't like is that it is tinted, but I can deal with that since it works so well.

This stuff works for spot treatments, and I've used it with Proactiv. I went to a doctor for months for my acne and nothing worked except this and the antibotics he prescribed. I am 28 and have had acne since I was a child. It got worse a couple years ago with cystic bumps. This stuff even helps with those kind. If I get a bump, I just apply this before I go to bed and in the morning it's almost gone! My 10 year old son is using it now for his blackheads on his nose and it pretty much cleared it up in a week. I recommend it not only because it works, but because it is inexpensive as well.

Horrible stuff. Why is it tinted? I really don't get that. I'm too pale to use it as a concealer. Anyway, it doesn't work. If anything, it made me break out in huge bumps on my nose.

I'm 29, and have had breakouts since I was 15. This stuff works better than any acne medication or kit I have ever tried. It isn't a miracle worker because I do still get blemishes, but after using for 2 and 1/2 months, I definitely get far less breakouts than before, and the ones I get aren't painful and don't stick around. It doesn't help eliminate the leftover red marks, but since it's tinted it does help hide them which is nice.

AMAZING!! I was skeptical when I first read the reviews, but this product is great. I have used every over the counter method, including Proactiv and Murad. I have also used prescriptions. Acnomel gives quick results with no "purge" period of breakouts. Give this a try, it's cheap and it works!
