Nothing works better on those really painful pimples. I used to think this stuff didn't really work on pimples unless they were the kind that hurt, but that's not true. I would use this nightly, applied somewhat generously and in an even layer to the parts of my face that had a breakout. It takes 2-3 days for acne to go down halfway, in a week you'll be left with really calm and dissipating acne. In a month, I wouldn't expect to have acne anymore. This product uses sulfur, which is also found in eggs which are popularly used for acne masks. Try to stay away from aggravating benzoyl peroxides and salicylic acids if they don't work for you. When you wash your face, use something that kills bacteria. Like Clearasil face wash, the one with the triclosan in it. Pimples and problem spots will dry up and eliminate themselves.

This stuff is amazing! My skin was going crazy, I used this stuff once over night and I couldn't believe my eyes...CLEAR SKIN!!! I have used ProActiv and philosophy acne system and never saw the results I have seen with Acnomel. I've been searching since I was 12 (I'm 25 now) for something that works; my search is over!!!

Works great for clearing up your skin. My only complaint would be the thickness of it; it feels very heavy on your skin. However, it's definitely worth it because it works wonders.

Finally!!! Something that really works for adult skin. I am 29 years old and last year I started breaking out in these painful bumps on my face. I went to the doctor who prescribed Duac, Brevoxyl, and antibiotics. That didn't work. Prior to my break outs I was an avid Clinique user. That stopped working. I tried ProActiv (regular and gentle formulas), Mary Kay, and every OTC acne treatment you can possibly think of (I have probably spent a small fortune on all of this stuff). I was at the store in the acne treatment aisle (as usually) and saw this box with the words "Adult Acne" on it. I thought how good can it be??? Well, after using for a week, I can say that I honestly wished I found this a year ago. It's not drying like BP and it stronger than salicylic acid. I love this product and would recommend it to any adult who suffers with acne!!!

I've battled acne since I was about 13 (I'm now 34) and have sensitive skin. My derm gave me a sample of a prescription item almost identical (tinted and same ingredients) a few years ago which worked magically to diffuse new zits. Recently I discovered this product which works the same - FABULOUSLY! Put on before bed and it will be gone the next day. Speeds healing time for red marks, doesn't bother skin. Best product I've found for adults. Only bother is the scent. Love the tint.

I have been pimply all my life and finally, at 21 years old, I went to a dermatologist and asked him to please help me and he gave me this stuff to only put on at night. Two days later, I am for the first time in my life free of acne. I love this stuff!!

Absolutely wonderful stuff. After years of trying everything, this product is the one I've been most pleased with. I hope they never stop making it.

I have oily, sensitive skin and Benzoyl Peroxide does not work for me. This product is one of the best and really helps with those big stubborn zits and helps get rid of the scars and spots pimples leave behind. It does not dry skin like creams containing BP. Skin clears in 1 week. The only problem this cream doest not spread on skin easily as it is a little dry, so moistening finger with a drop of water before application helps. Getting it off is a problem too but anything is worth doing to get a healthy clear skin. Definitely try this product.

This item should be rated with 10 stars! I have always had a problem with acne. I accidentally came across Acnomel in my boyfriends medicine cabinet. He told me that he purchased it in Mexico and it was the only product that helped with bumps he got on his neck after shaving. At first I used it all over; then my acne slowly went away. Now, I only have to use it once in a while. It really helps with the large pimples under the skin that hurt...it takes the pain away in a day!

I have been using Acnomel for years. I love this stuff. It is a great alternative to the acne meds for teenagers, which almost always make me look like I have hideous sunburn. Acnomel dries gently and covers discreetly, and I often use it instead of makeup on my nose and forehead.
