I am one that suffers from cystic acne and after using this product I can without a doubt say it destroyed my skin. It caused me to have contact dermatitis and didn't even reduce the size of my acne. Thank you Acnomel, for nothing! I just wanted to post this in case someone out there like me gets their hopes up too high. Everyone's skin is different and I'm sure some people have benefited from this cream. I just wanted to say to people interested in this product to be cautious and monitor the reaction of his/her skin.

A great product for adult skin. The active ingredient, sulfur, is a super alternative to Benzoyl Peroxide. The product absorbs oil and has a slight tint, which is usable by a man.

Cleanse the skin thoroughly before applying.
Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer 1 to 3 times daily.
Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with 1 application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or directed by a doctor.
If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.
