this product has you taking 9 pills a night for 7 days with even more over the 10 day cycle. It did nothing for me i even waiting several days after i finished to see if something , but no reaction at all as if i did not even take the pills. very disappointed

I was disappointed in this product. To be brutally honest, it simply makes one gassy and works to "cleanse" for one night only.

Does not work. I went to the bathroom an extra 2 times during the whole duration. I noticed no difference in anything. Followed a healthy diet. Wasted [$] on this.

There is a lot of water to be taken with this product, I did get up at night to use the restroom, which was annoying, and it is a 10 day LONG cleanse. It didn't really start to fully clean me out until the last day, and I had to take extra fiber. I take fiber daily anyway, so it wasn't that bad. It says not to drink coffee, but I do anyway, and it helped the product work faster.
If you are someone who takes fiber daily as a part of your routine, be prepared to continue while doing the cleanse.
I do feel better and more refreshed, I also dropped 2 lbs!
easy and straight forward. will be trying a fast & cleanse next time though.

I've done a detox cleanse diet before, but it involved less tablets and I had to have the fiber mix with water every morning. I saw this one at [...] so I gave it a try because I've been suffering from constipation and I'm tired of using miralax as the last resort all the time. I'm pretty sure I have IBS, but it is just not diagnosed. With the last detox I used, I didn't have to change my diet much but if I did not drink A LOT of water, I'd get headaches. I figured that was the case with this one as well, as by the afternoon of day 2 I had a beating headache and lack of energy. Then this morning (Day 3) I ate a buttered whole wheat bagel for breakfast and nearly puked it up. Then I looked at the directions, which said the diet must have no wheat. So I went to the grocery store, bought a bunch of produce, came home, and now made myself a full plate of steamed veggies. My headache instantly went away, no nausea, and now I have energy. The big deal with this cleanse is YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW THE DIET PLAN OR YOU WILL BE MISERABLE. We shall see how my results are after day 10.

I like to do a cleanse every six months or so, and I've done this one annually over the past three years. Unlike other cleanses, it really doesn't create huge, noticeable results -- bloating doesn't decrease, bathroom usage doesn't change much, and I don't notice stinky sweats.I still feel a little refreshed after using this cleanse, though, and I like the ingredients it offers. I find that if I combine it with a juice fast it is especially effective. This is not the product, though, for those who are just using a cleanse as an excuse to lose weight through a laxative in disguise.

Works great. I can't exactly run to the bathroom during my job, and I never felt like I had to. Had more energy and a flatter stomach after a week. Great product, highly recommend it

Tried my first "cleanse" and was well satisfied. My worse fears were not realized, no diareah but I felt like toxins were eliminated from
by body and I felt better all over about the middle of the second week. I would consider using this product on a regular basis which
is suggested to be 4 times a year.
