For health benefits, I had been looking to add pumpkin seeds to my diet. These are delicious for snacking. I enjoy them alot but my 17-year old found them to be too spicy.

Holy cow, these have flavor and are very addictive. A small handful make my face start sweating -- somewhat helpful since my cubicle neighbor has started blasting the A/C! I ordered one bag and loved them, then I ordered two and now I'm going to order four!

These are great for snacking. I keep a pack in my desk at work for a mid morning snack. They are high in fat, but i noticed that i only eat 2 handfuls at a time and it never seems to conflict with my diet/Weight Watchers. The taste is a bit spicy, but so delicoius, i ususally buy 2 bags at a time

Really loved a product called Pumpkorn that was discontinued. Then discovered this Eden Organic product. Much like the spicey Pumpkorn, but higher quality. With packaged pumpkin seeds, it's not uncommon to get a rancid one now and then. With the Pumpkorn, I suffered through one or two per bag. I've gone through maybe a couple dozen bags of the Eden Organic and have only chanced upon one bad seed, as far as I can remember. Highly recommended.
