I bought these as a snack. They do taste good...and no wonder! They are not so healthy in fat content. Total fat in 1/4 cup is 16 g, and 3g of that is Saturated Fat! That's why 1/4 cup is also a whopping 200 calories! Pretty steep calories for 1/4 cup. Since they Do taste good, a person could easily go through 1/2 cup OR MORE at one sitting, taking in over 400 calories and 6 grams of Saturated Fat!. So, if you are concerned about the saturated fat content of your food, either eat these sparingly or stick with uncoated pumpkin seeds. If you have trouble gaining weight, these are ideal for you.

Pumpkin seeds are a healthy snack, and these are the best I've found available on the market. Dry roasted and salted, they are not pasty tasting like other pumpkin seeds. I eat them plain right out of the bag or use them on salads to add crunch instead of croutons.

I always buy these pumpkin seeds [...] I actually like the taste of pumpkin seeds better than sunflower seeds and I eat it along with some yummy almonds, walnuts, and other nuts. I also sprinkle pumpkin seeds in my green salad for that added crunch instead of using croutons. A little goes a long way and takes away my cravings for unhealthy junk food.
