So fudgy and delicious, you won't miss the gluten. They got snarfed up at a party I attended where only a couple of us cared about being gluten free. A bit crumbly but that's the trouble with gluten free products.

I purchased the products for my 7 year old grandson who has Gluten alergy. My daughter-in-law is very happy with the products so we will be using them regularly. They are tasty, healthy and easy to use.

This brownie mix is great. I did the recipe that adds sour cream and it was so rich and decadent, almost like fudge. I added some good vanilla and dash of chili powder for extra flavor (Yummioso! as my 19 month old says). My family loved it. Will definitely make again. There are also options to make without eggs or oil, if you prefer. Love Pamela's products!

This is the first Pamela's product I ever purchased and it is still the only brownie mix I buy. I've even had home-made-from-scratch and I prefer Pamela's. This is, of course, my own personal preference. Those folks who don't like cake-type brownies aren't going to like this.

It is easy to make and have never had any problem with burned edges or uncooked centers. I use a round cake pan and they come out fabulous.

I've just recently tried Pamela's Chocolate Chunk cookie mix -- which is fabulous -- and have a package for the chocolate cake that I haven't tried yet. I'm sure it will be great.

The flavor was good, not as chalky as some other gluten free items. A little too "cake like", and I found that it didnt bake through very well. Outer part of the pan was fine, but the middle wasnt cooked enough.

This was by far the best brownie mix I've tried. I used the recipe on the back that said "for fudgy brownies" & it was just that. It also had a very rich and "real" chocolate taste. Because it only uses pure ingredients and nothing artificial, it makes it worth the price. I will definitely use this regularily.

I made these for a colleague at work who is gluten-free. To everyone's surprise, they tasted great. Very rich. The only con was a strange mouthfeel, they must use a very fine-grained flour.
