The flavor was good, not as chalky as some other gluten free items. A little too "cake like", and I found that it didnt bake through very well. Outer part of the pan was fine, but the middle wasnt cooked enough.

This was by far the best brownie mix I've tried. I used the recipe on the back that said "for fudgy brownies" & it was just that. It also had a very rich and "real" chocolate taste. Because it only uses pure ingredients and nothing artificial, it makes it worth the price. I will definitely use this regularily.

I made these for a colleague at work who is gluten-free. To everyone's surprise, they tasted great. Very rich. The only con was a strange mouthfeel, they must use a very fine-grained flour.

I bought these in summer for the first time and was hesitant to bake because many gluten free productss definitely have a "funny" taste. Yet, to my surprise these were very good and I have been baking them regularly since. My family can't tell the difference and we are dealing with adult children and grandchildren. I have never served them plain right from the package. I am very inventive when it comes to adding goodies to these brownies such as; white chocolate chips, M&M's, Reeses PB cups, etc. Whatever strikes your fancy just throw them in - Butterfingers are awesome! OMGosh cut up Sincker's are to die for!!! I have even put frosting on them - chocolate or vanilla, they both taste good. I use the chewy recipe. If you are looking for a traditional out of the box Betty Crocker brownie than this is not for you. But, if you need to be on a GF diet these are wonderful.

Again, I don't like all the chemical addtives that are in our food... So, after baking these brownies and giving them to my family, we all agreed - they're GREAT!!

While these look really yummy coming out of the oven,..and the consistency is nice & soft or gooey,.I found the taste to be really wierd and a turn off. C'mon,...these taste NOTHING like regular brownies or even close. they have like some sort of chemical taste to them,..like licking plastic. Ick.

I love to bake and Pamela's Brownie Mix is so easy to prepare. Brownies were a bit salty, but it is definitely filled with chocolate chunks. Would buy this product again.

Great taste and texture. I can't believe there's no flour in these brownies. I thought I'd never find a rice-based baked item that tastes so good.

My picky husband and I both enjoy these, he likes them sweeter so we add a little bit of raw honey - delicious!
