I cannot stress enough how important it is for you to buy this product. Seriously. I don't write reviews this much in favor of products very often, but this stuff is amazing. I have used it for all of the following things.... 1. Cat urine stains/odors--we moved into my g-ma's house and inherited her dying cat. She (the cat, not g-ma) made sure to mark many of our new rugs and a few of my daughter's clothes before we found the medicine she needed. We sprayed this stuff (using the foaming action sprayer available on here) on it, and it went away. I mean literally the smell is gone. No repeated washings, no repeated sprayings. That's all but impossible...but BioKleen did it. Amazing. 2. Cleaning and deodorizing cloth diapers--both of my daughters use(d) cloth diapers, and this product used in the initial rinse cycle or sprayed directly on the dipes themselves keeps stains and odors at bay. 3. Carpet stains in the kids' rooms and play area. They've spilled everything from Kool-Aid to Elmer's glue, and BioKleen has taken it all out. 4. Dirty smelly laundry--helps to clean it up if you spray it on before washing. 5. Dirty walls from handprints, etc.--this stuff takes it all off without messing up the paint. There are a million other things I use it for. It's my first line of defense when there's a mess to be cleaned up. I can't live without a bottle (or 6) at my house, and I really think you shouldn't, either! Anything that can remove cat pee from things MUST be the best cleaner out there. If I had to write a con, I suppose I would say that it smells citrus-y, which perhaps some people might not like. I love it, but I suppose there's the possibility you won't.

I have used this frequently for stain removal in the laundry and it's worked well; no chemicals, no smell. Have not tried it yet as an odor eliminator.

I can't say enough about Bac-Out! My broom closet is filled with many pet stain and odor removers - that only kind-of work. Bac-Out is the best thing I've tried. I have two cats who have chronic GI problems - so the Bac-Out gets a lot of use in my house. I use it repeatedly until the stain comes out. When my third cat viciously attached the vet and the towel came home saturated with blood, I sprayed Bac-Out on the bloody towel, put the towel in the laundry, and it came out completely white again! Of course, it is also effective for the usual organic laundry stains. It is worth every penny!

I tired this on the mold in the bathtub and on laundry and it didn't remove either stain. I used it full stregth and did not dillute. I found with the laundry t=it was somewhat effective if applied to the stain right before washing but not as a pretreater days before.

I've used it on food stains as well as urine. I've used it on food stains on my clothes. Just be sure to color test it as per the instructions.

I use this product in my washing machine when I want to clean and freshen something like bed linens, towels, etc. I find it's great at neutralizing all kinds of odors. I use it when my daughter gets food, etc on her clothing - I soak the stain immediately using this and then put it in the laundry. But I find the best use for Bac-out is to put it in a spray bottle and spray down my micro-fiber sofa once a week. I have 2 dogs, a toddler and a husband who all spend a lot of time on that sofa. It gets dirty and smelly if I don't clean it regularly. I feel very comfortable spraying Bac-out over the entire sofa, knowing that it won't harm my family. I let it sit for a few moments once I pray it on, then I go over the sofa with a large sponge and remove stains and pet hair. It's like a miracle! Everything smells so clean after using Bac-out on it - not perfumy or like chemicals the way most cleaners do. I would not say that Bac-out is incredibly successful at getting out tough stains. If you spray it or pour it on immediately you should be ok, but if it sets you may need additional help.
