This is one of the few products that I proselytize to anyone with pets (or small children!) I started using this when my son was an infant on his diapers. Now that he's 4 and *almost* entirely potty trained, I have no idea what I would do without it. No matter how bad the urine smell, I'll spray the item, and within a couple of days (allowing time for the enzymes to work) the smell disappears. Also great for BO on delicate/non-washable clothing - I've used it on silk and was astonished at how gentle and effective it was!

I use it to pre-treat smelly laundry. I spray it on the offending area and let it sit until the next time I do laundry. Totally gets rid of body odor without chemicals and doesn't just cover it up with fragrance. It's awesome! Works great on synthetic fabrics.

I have been using this product for a few months. It works great. I have many pets and there are occasional accidents I have to clean really well. This stuff works well. I just spray or pour it on and let it soak into carpet or wipe it off of floors. It has a pleasant smell too!

This product is incredible! I have three cats, who don't always behave well. One of them has severe separation anxiety disorder, which causes him to use my new couch as his toilet every time my husband travels for work. I tried everything I could find, and I was afraid I'd have to live with a lingering, nasty odor. I used Bi-O-Kleen once and I could not believe the results! It smelled wonderful when I applied it. It dried SO quickly, and it completely evaporated, taking with it stains and all of the odor! I am completely happy with this product, and I'd buy it by the case if it was sold this way.

Any "bird or parrot" people out there???? The enzyme in this product works wonders!! I use it daily, diluted with water and it does a fantastic job. No harsh fumes for the delicate respiratory system of birds and parrots. Keeps odors away as well. Does not disinfect, so I use a different product for that.

Have used this just on laundry, but it seems to work great especially on colors with organic stains like pet & baby stains. It's even helped with ketchup stains. Haven't tried on more difficult stains like grease, and if using on whites you might be better off with a non-chlorine bleach, though try this first. Definitely let it sit, and sometimes using it twice, with a wash in between, is needed.

I think this product is great. I haven't used it as much on stains as I have on odors. Some of my husband and son's soccer shirts were left in the washer for a day or two by accident and they took on a mildewy smell that I couldn't get out. I tried washing multiple times and used baking soda and borax etc. Finally one wash with this Bac-out and they smell as fresh as new. Also put some in our steam cleaner and did the car seats and carpets....smells are gone..I love this stuff. Put some along the edge of our basement carpet which can get a bit damp in heavy rains, mildew smell gone. This is one product I can't do without.
