Product worked better than expected! Cut myself in the kitchen with a knife cleanly. Applied Maximum Strength Bacitraycin Plus; not only did it not sting, it took the sting out of the cut. Used for about 3 days and it has healed nicely. I noticed no unidentifiable smell either. It is odorless. Works great! I will continue to use this product for future cuts.

When my husband was traveling he always got sick...two doctors have told us to coat the inside of your nose with this to ward off respiratory issues. That's how I found out, IT SMELLS BAD/WEIRD.

This product is very effective. It relieves itchiness and pain, does not sting and helps minor cuts and scrapes heal faster. The only problem is that it has an odd odor that I cannot describe...not pleasant, but not really foul either. The odor is fairly strong and does not fade. Personally I switched back to the generic version with the same active ingredients and no smell
