Being a busy SAHM of 3, I occasionally get the days where I want to wave my white flag & give in. But that is never an option. Usually my go to source is coffee, but depending on the level of energy I need, several cups might be the answer. But that answer has me going to the bathroom more than I have time for. So I was pleasantly surprised when I drank a 5 Hour Energy instead. I had more than enough energy to make it all the way to bedtime! I never felt bogged down or sluggish at any point. & I had zero issues when it came to falling asleep. Not to mention not having to stop to use the bathroom every 30 minutes. Definitely my saving grace! & although it is very tart, I have to admit I'm a fan of the berry flavor.

I have low energy most days because of a hectic lifestyle and too little sleep. I use the 5 Hour Energy when I have long day at work and I did not get enough sleep the night before. It lasts for about 5-6 hours with no crash. My favorite flavor is Berry, which I use 2-3 days a week. I also like that the product is sugar free.

I have a 5 month old, a preschooler, and a teenager so I'm forever tired! I hated the taste, but it did what I needed it to do. I got energy enough to keep going, but not so much that I was jittery. I'm a student, so I usually get very tired while studying or writing a paper, so I would down half a bottle of the 5 hr energy shot, and voila, instant energy! I love the berry flavor more so than the promegranate flavor. I'm not sure about the health value of the drink though, so I would only use it on special occasions when I really need energy.

This product is the cure for those days that 24 hours just doesn't cover it. One quick swig and it's an immediate rush of energy. There's no crash at all, and it lasts for hours.

The taste is a bit rough, but it's a small shot, so it's not too bad. It beats juggling a cappuchino and a baby at the same time.

I keep one in my purse just in case. I will be using it again for sure.

When I'm at the office and hit that post-lunch sleepy zone, these work great to "wake me up" without feeling jittery or any other negative effects. Just a nice, natural restoration of energy. I like that they have a lot of vitamins, so it's not purely a caffeine jumpstart.

I also like to use these before I go out if it's going to be a long night -- helps me stay energetic and sociable throughout the evening.

I'm grateful I tried this while I was home with my husband. Not 60 seconds after finishing the small bottle, I experienced a niacin flush that had me laying on the kitchen floor for about 30 minutes. Racing heart, temp spike, and fire-engine red flush on my face, neck, chest and back.....my husband knew what was going on but it was still very scarey. The side effects eventually went away with the red "sun burned" appearance finally fading after about an hour. Once it was over, I felt fine but I'm just glad I wasn't driving with my children in the car!!
