Gaining muscle without much fat

I take 1 capsule with each breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With a combination of whey and casein proteins, creatine, >4000 calories a day, and a stict nutrition and weightlifting plan, I have been able to put on 20 lbs in 6 weeks. Most of the weight gain seems to be muscle without much fat (verfiied by body fat testing). From what I have read, whether placebo effect or not, I would attribute the muscle/fat ratio to the CLA.

I am only moderately active, so I decided to try a natural supplement to help keep my body relatively toned and tight. I've been taking CLA caps for about 5 years now. Initially I lost weight without doing anything differently. Now my weight has stabilized, but I continue to lose inches because CLA builds muscle and my muscles seem to be leaner. I originally read that this was a good product to help lower cholesterol and I was looking for something more natural than prescription drugs. I combine this with Sesamin daily and it has not only lowered my cholesterol but has also shrunk my waistline.

This stuff really works well. I have been using them for 4 wks now and have noticed a difference in my waistline. I don't exercise as much as I used to, and it still makes a difference.
