I did this for one day, nothing. I didn't eat, followed the directions, drank lots of water, did my 60 minute cardio. Zilch.
A week later, I fasted for a day and did everything mentioned above, minus the Hollywood Diet drink and lost 5 pounds. Go figure!
Don't waste your money. You're better off spending it on some green tea.

A laxative will be cheaper and more effective. Not changing my diet at all, I actually gained a pound after using this stuff. It tastes terrible and is completely ineffective. It just cleaned out my bowels. Metamucil will do the same thing for less a percent per serving than what this stuff costs. Save your money.

I think it would be a miracle to go a full day without deviating from the no food, no caffeine restriction on this one day diet. I caved in and ate something by 5p.m. This is a "fasting" diet and I'm wondering if one could achieve the same results by drinking water only for a full day? In any event, I didn't gain anything during the day, will wait and see what the scale says after a good night's sleep. I consider this a wake up call if nothing else to restrict calories, esp. the empty ones. I will try again later, but I guess I'm atypical in the fact that I was hungry all day long.

Great Drink. Used it years ago. Helped me to loose 20 lbs. I tryed it again and lost 4lbs in 24 hr. Its a great boost to any diet plan or for quick weight loss. If you look forward to great resolts use it once or twice a month.

I use this product every two to three weeks, and find it very effective in giving my exercise and diet routine an added boost when I reach a plateau. This works ok, but, it's only good for a couple of days. Not to sound dramatic but I embarked on a journey to lose weight. Trying this or that and going through all kinds of pills and programs. I asked EVERYONE what worked for them. A woman I work with directed me to [@] and I watched the videos and testimonials. This product is sweet...it taste great and it works for me well. I drink it every other day and I feel lighter each time. And I keep up with my workouts just to keep it off and gain my metabolism. This is a good product if you're trying to lose serious weight in a short amount of time. But you must keep your activities up 30 minutes at least a day to keep up with the weight loss. I highly recommend this.

No, no, no... It doesn't work for me. I was so hungry since the directions say I am not supposed to eat any food when I am taking this diet drink. On that day, my weight was 100 lbs in the morning and still the same at night. And then I realized there is no "miracle" to lose 5 lbs by just drinking this.

I have used before and lost five lbs in one day. but I drink it while I'm at work and then eat dinner. Kind of like a Slim Fast thing but with less calories. It really does keep me from feeling hungry, and since all I do is sit in front of a computer all day, I don't need the calories of a big lunch. If you are looking to lose a few pounds of water weight, then do the all day thing, cause that's all you're really losing on the intended diet.

Oh, please...
I tried it today, and feel severely bloated. I have been eating healthy and working out and my abs looked pretty nice and flat. This evening, I am dismayed to see my huge gas-filled tummy. I feel three months pregnant without significant weight change. I think next time, I'll just try water fasting, or water and vitamin pill fasting. I noticed some light headedness and little depression. I don't have a medical history, so when I say a little depression, I am talking about the kind of mood swing with your PMS and stuff. I think the bloating contributed to feeling down. And partly because I feel so bad for purchasing 3 bottles and now having to pour all that juice I bought down the drain.
