Back surgery came with a long list of things I'd never be able to do again. Along with the list of activities, came a list of shoes. These inserts are an inexpensive way to make shoes both comfortable and practical. I have tried similar products from both Dr. Scholls and Foot Petals and have no complaints for those brands. However, Profoot Care is much less expensive and works just as well for the most part. It's DEFINITELY worth the price, which is why I gave it 5 stars.

These def help with plantar fasciitis if you are not willing to pay for a doctor's visit.

It has a sticky dot, which will hold it to the shoe so it doesn't slip. Be patient with the dot, just get the thing on the product and it will stick. Great idea too, mine stay put real good, no problem. I use every day when I wear shoes, the constant arch support has helped eliminate my heel pain.

Struggling with Plantar Fasciitis for over a year. This is the only arch insert that has helped. Good idea to put in your most comfortable shoes or sneakers you have & wear nothing else until it subsides!

Bought a pair of dress shoes for work, about hour 10 of my shift - I realized the heel didn't have enough cushion. Found these online, checked the other reviews and ordered them!!! They are wonderful....I'm back to loving my little dress shoes. They fit perfect, simple and quick to place in your shoes! I absolutely recommend them for extra cushion and support....

I've tried many custom inserts that have all been a disappointment. These inserts are supportive, yet soft and comfortable. After a few minutes you can barely remember that they're in. I would highly recommend that anyone with tired arches try these inserts.
