I have had recurrent plantar fasciitis in my left foot for about 15 years, started during my pregnancy with my youngest. I walk about 30 miles weekly, and this is a great way to prevent my feet from hurting. I even have pairs that I place in my work shoes. They work in most dress shoes(not sandles or open toe) and in all athletic footwear. I started out years ago with expensive personalized orthotics that were not nearly as comfortable nor as effective.

I do not like the new pink/white shoe insoles at all. I gave them one star because I wanted to leave my feedback. The former color insole, blue, was far superior to the pink and white insole. They were soooo comfortable I purchased four extra pairs to give to my sister and friends. Now, insoles aren't exactly gift items, but they were that comfortable!!!
Now they can't find replacement (blue) insoles either.
I wish the manufacturer would have left the design alone. Maybe they could have updated the look of the packaging instead. I hope they read these reviews and stop making a product that is inferior to the original. Bring back the blue insoles !!
I walk five days a week. I walk between 2.6 or 5 miles each time.!!

I use these everyday. I've had surgery on both my arches. This are just the right amount of support. They are not thick so they fit in almost any shoes.

Works for sore arches and heals.

USED FOR YEARS AND THEY ARE BETTER FOR ME THAN THE $400 DOCTOR MADE INSERTS WHICH I THREW AWAY. NO BULK AND EASY TO USE. FEEL GREAT ON THE FEET. I HAVE TRIED EXPENSIVE BRANDS FROM THE STORES ALSO AND STILL GO BACK TO THE 2 OZ MIRACLE

I use these in most of my shoes and boots, depending of course on how much support is supplied by the footwear. I try to buy shoes with good arch spport anyway, but these give me the little bit extra I need. They are soft and comfortable, I even have them in my house slippers. They are the best for the money.

These are the worst insoles I have ever purchased. They actually put my feet in incorrect positions and have made my heel pain considerably worse. I wish I had paid attention to the negative reviews!! I would like to return them, but based on drugstore.com's return policies, it doesn't look like i can.

I have multiple foot problems, mostly bunions and flat feet (and a tendency to plantar fasciitis). I have 2 pair of prescription orthotics (which cost a lot), but don't always wear them because a) one of them is getting pretty old and has signs of wear b) I get tired of moving them from shoe to shoe c) one of them has the arch support, but is not full length, so it sometimes slides around in a shoe d) too rigid and sometimes too much in the arch making it tough to fit into a shoe neatly e) the surface is quite smooth, making it so that your socks have a tendency to slide around inside the shoe.

This item has none of these issues, and has some added benefits. First, though, let me say that I bought these because my workout shoes no longer had that "new tennis shoe bounce to them, even though, from the outside, they still looked to be in good condition. Plus, because the cushioning had been compressed through use, they became slightly more roomy as well, causing my foot to slide around a bit inside the shoe. Using this insole was just the ticket to restore that "bounce" to the shoe, and it took up just enough room in the show to give me a snug fit again. I love the feel of it ... not too hard but not to soft either, I find it just right for me. The surface is nice, too, so that my stockinged feet neither slide around on the surface nor do they stick. I like that you can cut them to fit. Now they don't provide as much arch support as the prescription orthotics do, but for everyday wear, I find it good enough for me, and all the other benefits outweigh this only drawback.

I LOVED the blue insoles and recommended them to EVERYONE I knew. Read the reviews for the pink/purple (or whatever) and will not try these newer fashioned insoles. Will keep looking for the blues ones :-(

The original blue insoles were amazing. These actually make foot pain much worse. They are hard and slippery. They do not mold to the foot at all and feet slip around in shoes. I would gladly pay twice the price if they would bring back the originals.

I don't have any fat on the soles of my feet and these are the first insoles I've tried that I didn't have to double them up with a second insole. They really pad my feet well.

2nd review...I used to buy the BLUE insoles in bulk because I worked in retail and had to stand all day. Being an ex-dancer, my feet were already sensitive. The last time I ordered them, I was sent the new white/purple version. They are so uncomfortable, they don't support at all. The BLUE ones were so cushiony and molded to my feet. I have been searching for the BLUE ones ever since. I wrote to the company asking why they changed, but didn't get a response back.
