In my job I alternate standing & sitting frequently throughout the day & have developed plantar fasciitis. I tried several of the Profoot care arch inserts and this Triad Orthotic was just awful. My feet hurt worse with it than without it. However, I did find that the ProFoot Smart Arch works well and that ProFoot Super Sport Arch Support works best for me.

These are actually pretty lousy. The heel cup pushes your heel up too high in your shoe so that it rubs. Also, it seems to be designed for very small feet. The pad that is supposed to go under the ball of your foot actually ends up in the end of my arch, which is very uncomfortable. I had to throw them away.

These are one of the most comfortable orthotics I have ever worn! They work really well for my high arches. I didnt have pain at all during the day, and gave me tons of support! The balls of my feet are always hurting, and this really really really helped! I would totally recommend these!
