Best Uses Comments about Profoot Care Vita-Gel Toe Relief Pad, 1 ea: Concept is good, but material is not. Strap for middle toe broke after fifth wearing. Device is useless now because I can't keep it on. Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about Profoot Care Vita-Gel Toe Relief Pad, 1 ea: Use with shoes that do not have support. (thongs/sandles/open toe shoes) You can't notice it on your feet. It does help with the pain. Do not buy cheap shoes. Replace worn out shoes. I wore old shoes and this probably caused the Morton's Neuroma. I do not wear this when wearing sneakers and socks. I will order another one. Pros

Comments about Profoot Care Vita-Gel Toe Relief Pad, 1 ea: It was a wonderful almost cure to a hammer toe that I developed due to having a planter wart on the bottom of my foot. For years, I walked on the end of my toe to relieve the pressure on the wart. As time went on, I developed a callus on the end of the toe and a big knuckle on the top. This item worn for a year or so gradually straightened out the toe--not perfectly, but a big improvment. Pros Cons

Comments about Profoot Care Vita-Gel Toe Relief Pad, 1 ea: With hammer toes resulting from a leg accident that kept me off my foot for nearly a year, finding an effective way to keep the sensitive ends of the toes touching as I walked, and forming painful calluses, was a long process. I had the tendon in one toe cut to better distribute the weight on all my toes. I used a leather and foam pad made by Dr. Scholes, but when it became dirty it was impossible to clean and they were expensive to replace often. I had special soles made, I had specialists trim my calluses regularly. But, it is the Vita Gel pad that has been the best solution for me. It forms well to m foot and it is easy to clean. The toe strap does break after a period of time. I extend the use of the pad after the toe-strap breaks by holding it in place with nurse's paper tape, or any adhesive tape that breathes. I buy the toe-pad in lots of twelve because I'm fearful that it might stop being manufactured. After many years of pain, I can now walk normally, which reduces the old stress on my hip and back due to favoring the weak leg. Comments about Profoot Care Vita-Gel Toe Relief Pad, 1 ea: I have tried every form of foot relief I could find. These supports give pain relief all the way up to my knee. It helps more than just the toes! Displaying reviews 1-9 |
