i have tried several different types of spacers and this brand seems to be the best one that fits/works for me. It's larger in size than the ones I purchased at other stores and it stays in place.
I am new to the "bunion" world and this seems to be helping with the pain that I have when wearing shoes. I am a runner/triathlete and i have a stash of these in all my bags, etc.

This works better then anything I have tried so far. Do have to have a snug sock on,for it to stay in place. Have to work with it a while to figure how far up or down to put it between your toes. It has helped my hammer toe from rubbing blister on overlapping big toe!
