I have been slowly gaining weight and trying my best to stop that and reverse it. My biggest problem is that I lack energy to exercise. I can barely function on a daily basis. These have helped me have the energy just to get through the day. They work fast and I have not felt any side effects, no increased heart beat or anything. Better than drinking coffee!

I am an avid ex diet pill junkie. Loove these pills! In my experience, these pills will not cause: nausea, headaches and insomnia. These pills will increase your energy and kinda suppresses your appetite. These are way better than taking diet pills.

For me, it's way better taking this than coffee. Saves your teeth from the stain :) ... and gives you the "ups" that you need. More economical too compared to buying a cup of coffee.

I use caffeine pills throughout the day and this works great. Vivrin works, NoDoze does NOT, and Prolab seems to work. Even though all my Doctors say it's bad for me, I am not an AM person AT ALL and do not drink coffee or sodas, so this is a life saver. I never get jittery, even if I take 2 at a time and it gets me so I don't yawn every 5 minutes and I can focus. I've even taken 1 and fell asleep a few times, when I was really tired, so they're not that strong, but do the job in the AM when I get up.

I hate coffee. But I do acknowledge the positive benefits of moderate caffeine intake. Therefore this product is fantastic in that it provides a quick and effective way of getting caffeine, plus it's cheap and no coffee breath!

It helps to keep me up when I'm sleepy for class. But the con is it takes awhile to work, so you should give yourself 30-50 min before you expect it to kick in.
