I have loved promax bars for years. Found this one to add to my drawer of treats. This product is similar to a rice krispy treat, very soft and gooey, with protein packed krispies. Has a slightly grainy texture, but flavor is good, sweet, marshmallow, vanilla. Also enjoy the cinnamon version as well. I keep these handy for when I need a boost and don't have time to eat, or when I crave something very sweet. I feel good diving into one of these treats knowing it is adding vitamins and protein instead of empty sugar and carb calories (candy, etc). Highly recommend!
