I actually wish the sulfur content was a little higher in the product, but it works better than anything I've ever tried for rosacea. I use it twice a day! It does not seem to help the broken capillaries, but still helps alot with the redness and puffiness.

I have had issues with my skin since my teens - now in my early 40s. Had been diagnosed many years ago with acne rosacea. So glad to have finally found an excellent product that works!!! It has eliminated the redness around my nose and chin as well as cleared my acne. I have struggled with acne a lot since having children (worse than when I was a teenager). Since using prosacea, my skin is acne free - only an occasional pimple when I am stressed. Occasionally I will forget to use the Prosacea and notice a big difference in my skin when I forget. Not only has it cleared the redness and acne but it also has made my skin smooth, minimized the pores, and evened the tone. I would recommend applying it at night before bed and use only a small amount - it goes a long way! It may have an odor (not bad) when you first use it, but you get used to it and I don't even notice any longer. I highly recommend you try prosacea if you have any problems with rosacea, redness, or acne!

I have a mild to moderate case of rosacea, and this product has definitely improved my skin color and texture. I began to notice these positive changes about halfway through my first tube. I'm almost through my second tube now, and my skin continues to improve. We'll see what happens during a cold, dry winter. I appreciate being able to use something OTC and topical, as opposed to having to resort to prescribed antibiotics.

I could not find the great product I used in past years, so this one was recommended to me at the drug store! It did not help my face at all and the gel product was messy and pealed all day long. Would not recommend it to anyone.

I've been using Prosacea for less than a week now and I see a major improvement! I was happy to throw away the metronidazole that my dermatologist prescribe - that stuff just didn't work for me.

A little Prosacea goes a long way. I apply it once or twice a day (morn, night) right after I clean my face w/Tom's of Maine Natural Beauty soap which has olive oil and vitamin E. I apply Prosacea only where I need it - nose and cheeks. It feels a little drying/tight, but after about five minutes, I apply my daily moisturizer, as usual, right over the Prosacea, and all is well. (*Be careful around the eyes, as Prosacea will sting if it gets in your eyes!)

Other tips:
Wash face with hands - not a cloth or a buff.
Use lukewarm water.
Pat dry with a clean towel.
Don't forget your sunblock!

Being fair skin and Irish, my skin is notorious for being red and splotchy. I started developing red blotches on my cheeks at first, and later I noticed them spreading into a rash. After I use Prosacea, it immediately begins to eliminate the redness in my cheeks and reduces my skins splotchiness - creating an even skin tone that makes me smile from ear to ear!

It has changed how I take care of my skin and is a great new part of my daily routine!! I am not embarrassed of my skin anymore and am excited to have an answer to a problem I have fought for many years!

I apply it daily to red areas. It helps clear areas in two days and is affordable. I have no negative comments.
