Thankfully I have minor rosacea, a constant flushed look and a minor amount of skin bumps. For my condition this product is amazing!! It worked quickly and was long lasting. I use mine in the am, first washing my face, then applying the PROSACEA, finally my SPF day lotion. The redness was drastically reduced and the bumpiness smoothed out.

I have used Prosacea for moderate to severe rosacea over 8 years. It works as well as the prescription from a derm..
I can get Prosacea easily from drugstores etc... Not expensive.
I use a small amount on clean face morning and night.
Does not dry my skin out and I do tend to have dry skin in winter.

I have had rosacea for over a decade. This stuff really WORKS (and I have very sensitive skin!)I would say that it's life changing for me.
About the odor: a bit like the old formula of Clearasil from teenage years.
About the flaky skin: The 1st few days, skin appeared much drier and flaked a lot. (But I continued since this was the first time I found something to get rid of that tingling/tight feeling I've had for years!) I did cut down dosage to once per day. One week later, flakiness much less. Eruptions have almost totally healed. Skin is softer, not as dry. Perhaps an unhealthy layer of skin simply needed to be shed?!

This product is absolutely amazing! It has greatly lessened my breakouts and redness and I have only been using it for a week now...the difference in my skin is like night and day. I have never been diagnosed with rosacea, but I do have extremely sensitive, blemish-prone skin. Before discovering Prosacea, the only time my face looked clear and healthy was when I was taking antibiotics. Some reviewers have complained about the smell, but I don't find it offensive; it doesn't smell like anything unless it is touched after application (e.g. if you blow your nose) and even then it just smells faintly of sulfur. That said, I ONLY apply this to my face at night because it can peel and it doesn't have the best consistency. Overall though, I cannot say enough great things about this product! I highly recommend it if you suffer from sensitive skin, acne, redness, etc.

I've struggled with oily skin/bad acne since I was 10 years old. In my 30's the acne FINALLY went away but the rosacea arrived and the oily skin stayed. I wore makeup everyday so I wouldn't have to answer so many questions i.e. "Why are your cheeks so red?" After using Prosacea for 2 days (YAY) I have seen a dramatic change in the appearance of my skin. I woke up this morning to not having red cheeks or an oily face. I can't say enough good things about this product. It's easy to apply, I do it twice a day after cleansing face. It doesn't take a lot, as a little goes a long way. Regular moisturizers go on easy on top of it, I let it dry first. My skin is smooth and makeup, as I choose to wear it, also goes on well. Try this product. Unless you have super sensitive skin, you'll love it too.

I've had rosacea for a several years now (I'm 49) and take oral antibiotics and topical Metrogel. The antibiotics work somewhat, but create intestinal problems (if you know what I mean) and although I use Metrogel religiously, I really see no results; I'm just afraid not to use it.

During a recent episode of rosacea (papules and burning included), I accidently happened across Prosacea while searching for something to relieve the burning of my skin. After reading the mostly positive reviews and doing some research on sulfur treating rosacea, I decided to try it; it's inexpensive enough.

The morning after the first application, my skin was noticably better! The second day, more so. The papules, which I had for weeks, cleared up within three days. I was so stunned--and excited--I wanted to post a review, but thought it may be wishful thinking on my behalf to cause such drastic results so soon.

Not so. I've been using it for a few weeks now and this stuff works. At least for me; I can understand some people may have allergic reactions, as with anything, but this has helped the papules, the redness, and the burning of my face. Even stranger (and more exciting for me!) is that my skin feels smoother and far less oily, which is something I've struggled with most my life.

I've done more research on sulfer and rosacea and apparently the treatment has been known for almost a century.

If you suffer from rosacea (it isn't fun) run to purchase this. You have nothing to lose (it's cheap) and lots to gain.

I'm so glad I came across Prosacea!

My dermatologist gave me a prescription treatment, but it did almost nothing to help my rosacea. I researched online and found recommendations for Prosacea and bought some at my local drugstore. Thank goodness I found this product, because it has worked really well for me. It has taken the redness down to almost nothing. I went from being in a situation where I had continuous, daily redness and bumps - to where I can barely tell I have rosacea anymore. I use this every single day after cleansing and before moisturizing. I find it works best if you cleanse, then apply Prosacea, then moisturize, then apply makeup. If you wait too long, the Prosacea may ball up as you apply moisturizer and makeup over it, so its best used in a continuous process.

This stuff changed my life. I went from awful rosacea on my cheeks to great, clear, healthy looking skin in a matter of a week or so. I use it every other day or so now to maintain the healthy look. I was reluctant to try it as it is labeled as homeopathic, which to me means useless, but I think it is mislabeled. It is true medicine that works. I do have to order it online as drug stores seem to run out or otherwise be out of stock quite a bit.
