Take this every morning with breakfast. It is easy to swallow. When I do not take it, I feel tired. I used to be able to buy this in Stores, but they do not carry it anymore.

Been getting sick almost monthly for years. All med testing was neg. I can't swallow pills well, and despite good intentions, never take vitamin supplements for very long.
