I use this to help in loosing weight and trying to build strength the stomach. This works the whole stomach Top, Bottom, Middle and sides. As well as your arms, legs and bottom. Anyone can use this product. It is simple to use and you can create different excerises with each time you use it, or continue doing what ever is most confortable to you. I like that not only do you have resistance when you push out, but also when you are pulling back in. So you get a double work out in one. I have tried several different items and this is the only one I found that works best for me and my family. Since being sick, I have lost a lot of muscle and toning through out my whole body. I have also gained about 100lbs or so. The doctor told me about 7 months ago that I needed to loose weight because it was starting to effect my Liver. So far I have lost 54lbs and with starting to eat healthier, the tread mill and PUrAthletics PurFit Ab Roller I am hoping to loose the last 38lbs that I need to reach the goal weight of 150.
