We used to spend hours washing stinky, damp towels. It was expensive and time consuming not too mention wasteful. I purchased one, 100% bamboo towel for each family member. Now, the towel is hung up after use. It dries on it's own and never smells (apparently an antibacterial property of bamboo) After bathing your basically clean so there's no need to wash the towels very often. Wash in cold water, don't use fabric softener, and you can hang them to dry and they stay as soft as cashmere. One of the best purchases I've ever made. I bought this as a gift. Be sure to get 100% bamboo and not bamboo mixed with cotton. Bamboo doesn't require huge amounts of water, fertilizers and chemicals to grow, like cotton and it grows quickly. Organic bamboo is more expensive but it would be superior. I love bamboo!
