I used after each work out. I love the taste, had to buy online b/c i couldnt find this flavor at the stores. It mixes very well with the shaker bottle from GNC.

I was looking for a low-sugar, no artificial sweetener, chocolate flavored powder. This one is not chalky and the flavor is pretty good. It's the stevia I could do without. It makes the drink way too sweet for my taste. Next time I will try a flavorless protein powder and ad my own sweeteners and flavoring so I can control how much.
