I would have a serving of the mix combined with nothing but a small amount of water, & crushed ice. I have never tasted a better slushy-style drink in my life. It tastes like a cookies&cream coolata, and makes you feel so satisfied, & restores so much energy to you following exercise! It's also incredibly inexpensive, and worth every penny!

I couldn't get past the bad taste. It was thinner than I thought it would be for a "shake." Very watery. I just couldn't drink it. One sip and I was done.

I have tried the frosty chocolate, vanilla cream, and now cookies and cream in this brand, and find all three to be palatable. This is a little on the sweet side (I mix with skim milk), but still good. I like the frosty chocolate the best (haven't tried the rich chocolate flavor yet). This product mixes well if shaken. Good value as far as protein powders go.
For adults, take one (1) scoop (34 g), one to two times daily. For maximum muscle support consume 1-2 scoops twice per day, with at least 1-2 scoops taken immediately after exercise.
