The enclosed scoop is larger than I like. I use a smaller one similar to the kind you'd get in a canister of coffee and I cut the water down to 8 oz. Shaking it in a clear, plastic bottle with wide screw on top works best because you can see whether it's ready and it didn't leak like another type I own did.

After my daily workout, I mix this product with milk to make a tasty protein shake. It represents a meal replacement both post-workout and when I do not choose to have a big meal.

I mix this product with 2% milk for a post-workout recovery protein shake. It tastes like a milk shake and has a high whey protein content which when combined with the cassein protein of the milk is a great meal replacement as well.

I don't know how this would mix with regular milk, but it doesn't mix well with soy milk, which I have found to be true with all protein shakes. I will continue to buy the product though, becaue I don't mind the lumps. It's kind of like hot chocolate that doesn't dissolve all the way. Gives me something to chew on! And it is such a great value.

I use this product every day in a protein shake filled with lots of other ingredients including frozen blueberries, bran, flax, greens, raw cocoa, and other seasonings. To me, it has the very best taste, and the purest ingredients, compared to many other products. It does contain sucralose, but in very small quantity. With 25 grams of protein per scoop and only 1 gram saturated fat, it is the best, and cheap, too.

Both the chocolate and vanilla taste pretty good. The vanilla is a tad on the sweeter side, but both are fine on their own or blended with add-ins. The product doesn't mix too well if stirred, but if shaken it blends well.
For adults, take one (1) scoop (37 g), one to two times daily. For maximum muscle support consume 1-2 scoops twice per day, with at least 1-2 scoops taken immediately after exercise.
Blender - Simple Add one scoop of 100%* Whey Protein Frosty Chocolate to blender filled with 6-8 ounces of your favorite beverage. Cover and blend for 2030 seconds. For a delicious smoothie, add peanut butter, fruit, or yogurt along with ice cubes.**
