I'm a big follower of all things Jillian. I like this product's ratio of protein, fat, carbs, etc. Plus it's well priced. What I'm not impressed with is the flavor. It's too mild unless I mix the chocolate with unsweetened chocolate almond milk and the vanilla with almond or coconut milk plus add a few drops of pure vanilla. I have switched to using Designer Whey which I think is more flavorful and compariably priced.

I would drink this after my work out. It helped my muscles heal and provided some nutrition until my next meal. Before I started drinking this.. I would work out and feel exhausted. Now, I feel as though it helped give more energy to finish out the rest of my day.

I am a big fan of Jillian Michaels and appreciate that she keeps it natural. I have been working out and eating right, but was not getting the results I wanted. I realized (after tracking what I eat) that I was taking in too much sugar so this is a great whey protein with low sugar. I've only tried the vanilla (mixed with unsweetened vanilla soy milk) and I like the flavor but it is a bit lumpy so I now use my magic bullet to mix it better. I take it after my morning workout as part of my breakfast (when I get to work I have oatmeal or banana, something small). It gives me the boost I need.

This whey protein is GREAT because it has 3 grams of fiber. Most whey mixtures have none and one must add one's own or do without! It MUST be mixed with a shaker such as the one ZYLISS (found at a lot of grocery stores such as Publix) makes which has a removeable blade/divider at the top. SHAKE the mix (I use milk) THIRTY SECONDS as the label says, and voila! It is a great whey mixture with great taste. The first time I used it, I had some trouble with the lumps as I wasn't careful about putting the liquid in FIRST and then the powder. You must use a proper shaker with some type of removeable divider apparatus at the top of the container. GREAT STUFF and tasty!!!!!!!!! Due to a horrible NSAID bleed and hospitalization, I need extra protein right now and this is the best!!!!!!!!!

I was really excited to try this, as the Jillian Michael's Vanilla powder is delicious. I figured this may help calm down some of my chocolate cravings during certain times of the month, and help motivate me to work out. For being titled "TRIPLE Chocolate Shake", it's quite disappointing. There is not much chocolate flavor, and the bit that is there is not very good. I will finish the container, but will not buy this chocolate again. If you're trying to decide between her Vanilla flavor or chocolate, definitely pick Vanilla - it's sweet and great after a workout, and definitely cuts down recovery time.

I have tried a few different shake powders and this one is the worst. They were out of the stuff I typically get and had this. I am having a hard time choking it down every day. It tastes OK-ish but not good. It is lumpy and does not mix in completely, ever. I shake it, let it sit, shake some more, let it sit...it still has lumps in it. It does not burn as long as others I have tried either. It just is not that great. Buy something else like EAS or Muscle Milk. They are both way better than this.
