I mix this with dark unsweetened cocoa and vanilla almond milk for breakfast in a blender and love it--all that protein after a workout really is important and it fills me up until lunch time. Unfortunately, Drugstore is $3 more than [@] which is a big difference--only got it here as [@] was out.

I really like the taste of this protein powder. I had not tried it before (I usually just go with what's on sale and around 100 calories per serving). I use it in a shake every morning with frozen mixed fruit, frozen spinach, frozen carrots, flax seeds, Truvia, water & light soy milk, cinnamon, and sometimes canned pumpkin or cocoa powder. I've found that it blends nicely and has a great flavor. However, it's not easy to mix in JUST liquid (for example, if I try to mix it with iced coffee bc I don't have time to make a shake, it gets all chunky).

After an extreme loss of blood due to NSAID use, I supplemented my diet with this and it is the best tasting whey protein supplement out there! I have read reviews where people complained about mixing it. I got a shaker which has a kind of blade thing at the top. I put in the liquid first and then dump the whey protein through the blades. The directions on the container say that a thirty second shake is recommended. And I agree....THEN it is an absolutely GREAT protein drink! The taste is just sweet enough with no fakey taste (check ingredients) and this pre-diabetic on a low glycemic diet appreciates that! The chocolate flavor is great too and fulfills my chocolate craving in a LEGAL way! These are great!!!

I use this after doing strength training and/or cardio workouts. It really shortens down my recovery time!! Also, it tastes sooo good! On those days where I am not so motivated to get to the gym, I can usually convince myself to get my butt there, knowing I'll be able to have a delicious vanilla shake afterward! I just mix 1 scoop into a cup and add water - it doesn't mix perfectly, but after about 30 seconds it's usually mixed well, and it tastes so good I don't mind if there's a clump or two here or there. It would probably mix better in a water bottle, or a blender (they have many different methods for mixing and adding the powder on the label)
I would definitely recommend this as it definitely shortens recovery time and also tastes wonderful! I love it!

This stuff really tastes good! Its consistency however when only mixed with water is not so great. Much better with skim milk or fruit. I even added it to oatmeal. But it is my "go to" recovery drink (they say milk is also a good recovery beverage so this is a double whammy).

This smoothie mix is amazing! I got it to add some nutrition to my diet so I can have a healthy snack in between meals. I use one scoop (2 WeightWatchers PointsPlus points) mixed in a glass of milk, or even better, blended with a banana and whatever other fruit I have on hand. My fiance tried it and was pleasantly shocked at how delicious it is! I am ordering the chocolate and another vanilla because I always want to have this available.

I feel this product delivers on its promised if used accordingly. I will mix this up before I hit the gym and drink it while driving home. It can be used as recovery (100 calories) or as a meal replacement. Directions and multi- use with other foods or alone is laid out well on the label. I am reccomending this to all my friends.
