This is the only treat my cats stomachs can tolerate. They have sensative stomachs and this treat goes down easy. They love it and beg for it daily. Whenever I open a human package of food that sounds this this pacaging they get excited thinking I'm opening their treats. I love that this has only ONE ingredient in it. Can't recommend highly enough.

My cat loves these treats so much that I have had to hide them from him! Otherwise, he chews the package open to get a few morsels. I now store it in a stainless steel treat jar with a tight lid. He likes all the flavors except the beef liver, which my dogs like.

First thing first, bottom line is, I can't say if I recommend it or not. It all depends on your kitty's taste buds. I would try and see how they like it. Come on! it's real fish! What could be 'worse'? LOL! Here's my story:

Sara is a 12yo persian who is super active, loves treats, but normally eats healthy (both quantity and quality wise). Maxx is the 9yo overweight ultimate kitty gourmet who would eat any food off my hands, and sleep all day. Guess what? He doesn't have much appetite for this treat, while she loves it and kept begging for more.

Personally, I think the treat smells so good, even I wanted a taste...

Bubba lived on the streets for a couple years before I got him, so he's not usually picky about what he eats. He chews plastic packages to get into food. But this product had the texture of styrofoam, and if there was a scent it wasn't good enough to entice Bubba to try it. A waste of money and an insult to the delicate palate of my dumpster diver Bubba.
