Purell Instant Hand Sanitizer is a wonderful product. Years ago I noticed its use while in the hospital. I've seen (& used) various other cheaper hand sanitizers but 1) they do NOT guarantee that they kill germs and 2) they often are too harsh on your skin or have an unpleasant smell. Purell most importantly DOES kill 99% of germs; has a very pleasant smell, and has a sanitizer that has aloe & E included, so that it will not be harmful to your skin. It is, in my opinion, vastly superior to its competitors. I use it in my car, used it at work, and have it all over the house. I see it more and more often in doctors offices and clinics, where it is used by both employees and customers. A wonderful product !

I PREFER the NON-SCENTED, which is a clear, gel. I do not care for the green simply because I can't stand the smell of it. And I do like Aloe and use Aloe, but just not this particular product. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THE PURELL Hand Sanitizer that is NOT GREEN, I like the CLEAR ONE, and it has "moisturizers & vitamin E". I have it at home, at work, and ALWAYS keep a small container in my handbag or fanny pouch -- wherever I go, I want that with me! As soon as I come up out of the NYC subway, I use this on my hands, especially if I've used any handrail to go up/down stairs. Now you can hold on and not worry about germs, because Purell is with you -- as long as you make sure you ALWAYS CARRY IT. I use the pump dispenser to refill my purse bottle of it. GREAT PRODUCT. Always keep a bottle with you. It is especially great in cold season! The green just is not for me, that's all.

I have Purell in every room in my house. It's great when you don't have time to run to the bathroom to wash your hands. I keep it everywhere, and take the small bottles with me in my travel bags.

Such a nice smell that dissipates quickly, this product works great! I was getting rashes from the other cheaper brands. I also put one in the kitchen for added protection for my family.

I've had double pneumonia three times in my life, and I've had more colds & bronchitis than I can count. So to say I'm wary of germs is an understatement. I have a little travel-size Purell in my purse that I use frequently when I'm out. Anytime before & after eating, after touching anything in public (like a door handle to a bank), after petting any animal. This helps prevent pinkeye & other problems that begin by dirty hands touching the eyes or other place on the face. I keep the larger container of Purell in my work desk & home desk. Anytime I sneeze or cough, I use it on my inner crook of the arm, where one is supposed to sneeze or cough. I make sure to use Lysol wipes & Disinfectant spray to complete my arsenal of cleanliness. Crazy I may be, but sick I'm not. :)

I've been using this product for quite a while, and I use it every time I leave and return to my office during the day. I enjoy its clean, pleasant smell. I wouldn't say it necessarily makes my hands "soft" but it does kill the germs, and doesn't cause any excessive dryness or itchiness. It's got a permanent place on my desk!
