I will say that I went into it with a fair amount of skepticism...Read complete review First, a disclaimer - I'm related to someone at Puristics, which is why I tried the lotion to begin with. I will say that I went into it with a fair amount of skepticism. I have fair, dry, sensitive skin - with sun damage to boot - and have been trying for years to find something that moisturizes without feeling too heavy or too light or giving me random zephyr zits at the tip of my nose. Til now, I hadn't found anything that I thought was good enough to merit continued use. The Puristics lotion is different, though. It goes on easily and feels light, but moisturizes my skin all day. I'm still waiting to receive the night cream (backorder), but have been using the day lotion for overnight and my skin feels great. I can only imagine how well the night cream will work if these are the results I'm getting from the day lotion. All in all, I am really happy that I tried Puristics. It's taken me a lot of years to find the right moisturizer, but with my skin looking this good, it was totally worth the wait. Shook it thinking that was the problem and it was still like that. Called the company and they sent me a box and had me mail it back to them. Several weeks later they finally sent me a check for my cost. Poor customer service!! Why not send me another bottle when you sent the return box and not bother with the delay of a check. I won't bother with trying it again. I would certainly think that as a company you would want to get GOOD PRODUCT back in the hands of a customer that received a "bad batch" rather than the delay of a check!! I use it AM and PM - just a small 'dab' seems to be enough. I also like the consistency of the cream itself - smooth and non-greasy. The container is perfect for purse & travel! My cheeks looked like they were scalded (terribly red) and there were bumps on my forehead. I actually don't know what's "pure" about it. I am going to stick to Olay. It's rich and hydrating - a little goes a long way - and it works great under makeup or bare. Most importantly, with Puristics I have peace of mind. I know I'm taking great care of my skin without subjecting myself to toxic ingredients. Bonus: when my six-year-old says, "Can I try it, Mommy?" I did not see any improvements to my complexsion. Also the lotions seem to separate, you have to shake it good or you get just oil. Service and delivery comments: delivery was on time and product was in good condition.
