First of all, to claim it is not greasy is a joke. It is very greasy, however, used in very small amounts absorbs great and can be patted with a tissue to absorb any excess. This did not irritate my skin and when I wake up in the morning, my skin looks more toned - it's also helped somewhat with the flakiness. The best use I've actually found for this is on my chapped lips - it's works better than vaseline! Can also be worn as a gloss as it is a little shiny (I dab a little powdered eyeshadow on top for color). For the lips - 5 stars, for the rest, only 4. When I mentioned it to my doctor, he said that was the best I could do. Service and delivery comments: Prompt delivery, product in perfect condition and I had no need to contact customer service. Well, it didn't really work well for that... yes, my skin was lovely and moist, but my face was definitely too shiny for me to feel comfortable in public, even using a small amount and waiting for it to absorb. And I have to say I notice a smoother texture to my skin, more even skin tone, and better complexion. I also use it on my feet and hands in dry winter weather. This Queen Helene's gets the job done!
