My husband and I both love this exfoliant. He uses it daily and I use it about 3x per week. It has a pleasant minty smell, and it's fairly gentle. I have sensitive and acne prone skin and it doesn't irritate.

If there were a food that tasted as good as this scrub smells, i'd LITERALLY weigh a ton. This doesn't leave my skin red AT ALL after I use it, and it doesn't cause me any irritation. As far as effectiveness goes, I can't really say much. This product makes my skin look, feel, and smell amazing right after I use it, but I honestly can't say that after x weeks of use, (i've been using it for about 3 months (twice every week)) you'll have amazing skin. I still break out sometimes, but then again, sometimes my skin looks perfect. I can't say that this product causes break outs, but it definitely doesn't prevent them. That being said, I DO think it takes away some of the redness in blemishes. I'll continue to use this product because I like the immediate affects, but unfortunately I cant say that this is the one and only scrub i'll ever use. Still, it's a great product and definitely worth a try.

The review gets an extra star for smell. Yes, it smells THAT good.

Its a great item in the shower. the scrub granules don't have any rough edges and feels great after its been used. Smells great too

This is an old favorite o fmine that I keep returning to. Not to harsh for weekly use. I find that regular exfollation makes all my skin products work better. Works as well or better than the more expensive scrubs.

I have used for years, and come back again to it if I can not find it and have to use something else. I think it is close to other very pricey stuff just like it.

I really like this scrub and will continue to purchase. It smells amazing, and it is gentle. It's much more gentle than an apricot scrub, probably because the exfoliants are smaller. I can't say if it helps prevent blackheads or any other acne related claims because I have fairly clear skin and use exposition to combat dry, peeling skin. I use it every other day or so and have noticed a decline in my flakey skin. I wasn't able to use an apricot scrub that often, so this is a great product for dry skin. Plus, the price is awesome.

This is a very nice product that doesn't contain little plastic scrubby beads that end up in our watershed. Instead it uses very finely ground walnut shells, which feel good on the skin. It is a great exfoliator, but also moisturizes, leaving a very clean feeling. I have fairly sensitive combination skin and it works well for me. My husband likes it, too.

I am usually happy with Queen Helene products, I as using the oatmeal scrub one, but I felt it a bit heavy, this one is refreshing and clean feeling, like it much better.

I have found that Queen Helene scrubs work better than apricot scrubs. This scrub does not irritate my skin, smells nice, and gets the job done.
