Just like with any diet shake... they are not that pleasant. You need to just know how to mix it. It's so much better if you add a fresh banana or frozen fruit in the blender. I have tried both the chocolate and the vanilla. They do have a somewhat gritty after taste but that almost completely goes away if you add a banana. My latest mix with the vanilla was with 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, 1/4 cup frozen pineapple and one fresh ripe banana. The combination is lovely and good for you. I also like tha fact this shake has all the vitamins and fiber I need. Sometimes I am too busy to remember to take them and this shake has all of what you need. Thanks for reading.
Mix one scoop with 8 oz. of cold water or low fat milk. For a delicious treat mix in a blender with ice or your favorite fruit or fruit juice for a delicious smoothie!
