I can't imagine drinking this to curb cig cravings. If I could sleep all the time it would work. I do drink it in the evening now because I really enjoy the taste and the aroma. Would I buy it again? It calms you down and is a HUGE help when you are having a craving. Also I think quit Tea tastes great! Honestly, I have been wanting to order more even though it has been a while since I've had a craving for a cigarette. You have to try quit tea! You can probably make it and drink it in the time it takes to smoke a cigarette but the effects of it are much more relaxing. Its got a really great taste and smell to it and I haven't felt this calm in years. I would definitely rather drink this tea then smoke even one more nasty cigarette! I'd probably even continue to drink it long after i quit smoking too because it tastes so good and makes you feel much better. I would recommend this to my family and friends easily.
