This is the ONLY thing that works on my baby's diaper rash. I have tried everything (really- I have at least 6 other ointments that didn't work at home). I use this on her every diaper change now. It wipes off easily and works fast! I also like that it doesn't have much scent at all, a lot of the other ointments have a strong scent. I think we'll be using Balmex until she's potty-trained!

Change wet and soiled diapers promptly.
Cleanse the diaper area, and allow to dry.
Apply ointment liberally as often as necessary, with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or anytime when exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged.
